“I want to commend the complete experience I received from Buckley Parnell Heat & Air. First, I heard about the company from my neighbor and the only comment he told me about the company was that they are one of the most honest companies around. After dealing with the company, he was absolutely correct in this statement.
To begin with, the company was prompt, responsive and was on time for the job. No rescheduling, no tartiness. To me this is a big issue when dealing with people.
When Brian Groom, the sales manager, came to my house to give me a bid, it immediately became apparent that this was a first class organization. I received four bids for my A/C and Buckley Parnell was the second highest. What impressed me the most was in the conversations with all of the other bidding individuals, there was at least one comment somewhere in the process that did not make sense. This told me they would say what they thought I wanted to hear in trying to sell me their product/company. Brian Never stated anything that was not 100% correct. Believe me I checked for quite some time on the internet verifying all statements made to me from all the bidding companies.
Then the installation team came. The installation date was set and I was scheduled to be at the house for the installation. When I later found out and told them I would not be able to be there for the installation Brian Groom asked if they could move the date up since I would not be at the house on that date anyway. So we moved up the installation date so I could have my system sooner.
The installation was where your company shined the most. There was a defective Trane part on the install and the unit did not work the first day of installation. It is what your company did next that made me realize I made the right choice. First after a sincere apology from Jake Buckley, I was given two choices to rectify the problem: to replace the defective part of replace the defective unit. I chose the unit and your company did not even blink an eye. The installation team came back the very next day and completed the installation. Of course, all involved would have wanted the installation to go off without any problems but in the long run I feel the way your company handled the installation makes it much easier for me to recommend you to anyone I can find and feel that I am recommending the BEST.”
